First Birthday themes

Does anyone remember when first birthday parties just consisted of a couple of balloons on a string, paper plates that had the number “1” on them and some cupcakes? It seems these days a first birthday party has become much more elaborate and most importantly, it has to have a theme! There are some fun and very creative first birthday themes out there. For example, One-derland, Rubber duckie, you are the One, First Bee-day, MVP of the Year!, Ton of fun when baby turns One. But this has to be my favorite- 1st trip around the sun!!
